Where you have consented, we share your profile with prospective employers or client organisations to present you for specific roles. What we share depends on the presentation settings chosen for each role and may include your name, contact details, CV, work history, and our assessment of your suitability.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the recruiter you are working with; on withdrawal we stop sharing your profile and remove it from the employer's live view.
Some information is also provided to employers as point-in-time exports (for example, emailed spreadsheet trackers). These copies reside in the employer's own systems and cannot be recalled by us once sent, so information in them may persist after you withdraw consent or ask us to erase your data. In that case we will, on request, help you contact the employer to exercise your rights directly with them.
